tenant eligibility criteria

1. Have a credit score of 600 or higher. 
2. Demonstrate their monthly income is at least three times the monthly rent.*
3. Pass a criminal background check. 
4. Have no record of past evictions. 

* Applicants that do not meet the income requirement may still apply with a co-signer so long as the co-signer meets the same credit and income requirements mentioned above.  

MEGA Properties reserves the right to deny any application from a person or persons that do not meet the above requirements. References may be required.
