MEGA Properties LLC was founded by two brothers from York, Pennsylvania. After renting rooms and apartments ourselves for several years, we came to realize one thing: the entire process is almost universally a bad experience. We thought to ourselves, "Why is this? Surly this shouldn't be the norm." Why should it be so difficult to find a nice, safe, clean room/apartment for rent at an affordable price with a friendly and reasonable landlord? We decided it doesn't have to be!

Thus, MEGA Properties was born. Our mission is to make the rental experience as smooth and comfortable as it can be. We provide housing which is consistently safe, clean, comfortable, and most of all affordable while also delivering the highest level of customer service. Our philosophy is: if we wouldn't live in it, then we don't rent it. 

Our values are simple: 1) Don't be a slumlord. 2) Stay open, be honest, and have integrity. 3) Always take responsibility and ownership. 4) Always be growing. Always be learning. 

The name "MEGA", as cliche as it is, actually comes from our family dog, Mega (pictured right).  Out of  love for our pup as a beloved member of the family, we strive to allow pets in all of our rentals. Sadly, this is not always possible. For example, in shared co-living spaces, we do not allow pets out of respect for other members of the household. But wherever we can, we'll allow your furry family members to join as well.
